All of the benefits are pretty good
Medical insurance coverage is one of the worst in Singapore. Expect minimal benefits for specialist coverage. A simple scan can utilize your annual specialist allowance. GP coverage is on a co-pays basis so you always have to pay 10$ minimally per visit. Most other organisations do away with this and the specialist coverage reaches tens of thousands at least.
