Welfare and benefits are good for employees
Standard package given to the employee
Nice annual event learning opportunities good company t-shirts and notebooks Free snack Free outing Team events Partner interaction
Good Health, Dental and Optical insurance coverage
Health Insurance, Leaves and Professional Development
Standard health benefits, unlimited leave (doesn't mean you can take it), strong set of policies on mentoring and coaching (but not always adhered to by the managers, you're lucky if you have a mentor willing to give you the time).
Deloitte implemented Flexi leave. You won't be able to decide when you want to take leave even if you apply few months ahead. Be prepared to get numerous rejection of your leave application as it is a norm here... On average, one may only get less than 10-15 days of leave in a year. Work assigned to you during office closure? Sorry, you're not compensated for that. Thanks to Flexi leave. :) Any other benefits other than annual leave... I can't think of any.
great health insurance for employee and employee's family members
About 1 week (or 2 week cant remember) closed during Christmas holidays. Alot of bonding activities and events
Occasional free gifts, occasional welfare snacks and a recess week before peak.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
