there is no incentive bonus for employees. all are rated with same yardstick, be they exceptional or mediocre or below acceptable
No proper health insurance, not much OP benefits and no proper hospitalisation insurance
Best is they still pay you your salary. worst is the process for the benefit package is a mess. Takes forever to get your benefits.
