Fun , but no work life balance
15 days of time off, you could 'save' 7 days to increase your following year's leave to 22 days. Managers frequently prompted employees to use their leave when they were not taking time off (in a good way). Basic health insurance, other minor benefits were not of use to majority of employees.
I thing nothing, cause all of the game from this company was great and i know they love it

HR is constantly upgrading the benefits package to ensure its employees are well compensated. Examples including extended days of annual leave, introduction of baby cash bonus, extended coverage of reimbursable medical expenses.
Everything is bad, totally not recommended
Garena provide free dinner, you have to work overtime (30 minutes late) to get the dinner. There is no free lunch.
