Good Company to work for exp and freshers
Annual leave starts with 15 days and increases slowly over years of service, all other leave entitlements (maternity, paternity etc.) are as per government minimum requirements, medical package is OK but with a high co-payment.
Basic health insurance package covered with options to upgrade
Benefits were good some years ago, but now a days reduced

The benefits given are standard in Singapore. Wish there are more trainings provided and employee engagement program given.
As you spend more years in the company, you will be given additional leaves
Certain medical benefits not covered like dental or eye for the family. Medical coverage limit also not enough in case of hospitalization or pregnancy. However Leaves keep on growing with every 5 years of service.
