Great medical perks, just need to read and sieve through the info from company policy. Mostly standard. Generous AL entitlement, birthday leave, PH off in lieu.
Very slow increase, not up to market standard.
Good bonus for staff. Some wards very old looking, not as clean and well kept.

AWS and performance bonus are great. Recently implenmented by Singhealth, there's also an inclusion of One day birthday leave on top of entitled AL. At the department i am at, we get to have allowance for top up of pantry snacks.
My boss who is a surgeon in KKH was superb! Best boss I can ever asked for.
