The option to buy holidays. Free choc. Development courses. Great engagement plans. Worst is that it is very political sometimes.
Strong pension contributions, usually a gym/physio on site, private health care for individuals (although not open to families anymore)
Pension plan good, but not as good for new recruits. Private healthcare for self but option for family members has been withdrawn. Worst thing is lack of stock plan or stock options, the bonus scheme doesn't make up for that.
Great benefit package that’s competitive
Bonus pay based on hitting sales targets. London living wage. Incentives for associates who consistently perform well.
Flexible working is well and truly embedded within the organisation
Lower than market rate of pay
Best - there are a lot of benefits, good holiday, flexible working, focus on personal development, 5% match pension, Excellent Maternity package Worst - none really, they recently stopped covering partners (at a cost) on the health care, it is now very expensive WORST - 10% deduction in day rate for sickness
25 days holiday plus 8 bank. If you contribute 6% to your pension, Mars will contribute 12%. Mat leave-6 months at 90% pay then 3 months statutory. Staff shop Good car choice Excellent training Very flexible with working from home.
Fantastic pension and access to gym at work for £2 per week!
