Good flexi benefits compared to other banks
Offer attractive package for starters and flexibility, good managers and co-workers to work with. Felt no plans for you to go upwards though manager kept saying your path was planned. Little to no increment for any promotion unless the manager likes you a lot.
Flex points are good and useful
The health insurance is generous and is by far the best coverage.
BAML has one f the best benefit offer I have encountered so far. They have covered needs to wants and packages are customizable to fit individual preferences. I believe having these perks enables the associates to focus more on their professional tasks since the company has eased the burden from other aspects of life. This also made working there fun.
There are a lot perks and benefit you can get here. Health and medical benefit of you and your spouse, and one of yoyr dependent through insurance and vacation claims and or expenses related to your wellbeing. Recognition awards are converted to points and are use to get vouchers or other items like bracelet. Basic pay is good. However, there is no bonus for low rank officers amd the work is quite manual.
The insurance provided is good
buddy fee, team bonding, coffee
I got 21 days of vacation--not bad and it was easy to track through an online system. Health coverage was flexible--good if you are healthy and don't actually need it--you have the flexibility to convert some value to reimbursement for gym, etc. I got to use some "points" for dental coverage too--which is great. I also got CPF cash-in-lieu.
No snacks or drink in office. Pretty boring
