If you are unwell, you can take up to 2 days of Paid Medical Leave per year to rest without Medical Certification (MC). Employees can apply for paid medical leave of up to 30 days and paid hospitalisation leave of up to 3 months. In addition, we have prolonged illness leave for employees with long-term illnesses requiring prolonged treatment.
