‘LTA is good thing about paid time off. You can enjoy ur leisure time without any disturbance.’
‘No work pressure. best work-life balance’
overall good benefit which covers also dependent. Dental and Optical is also covered, although dental on the low side.
Provides flex-benefits for all employees. You can use it to buy outpatient healthcare insurance (covers pre-existing btw), or you can use it to buy health and wellness related products. While some employees are used to having better benefits at other MNCs, Orange's does provide some level of flexibility considering that you might not need them if your spouse company happens to have that cover as well Employees start with 14+1 PTO, increasing slowly (Year 2 is 16+1) with usual nationally legislated policies such as maternity, paternity, childcare etc.
Flexi benefits is decent enough but medical coverage could be better.. PTO has been recently amended to grow faster with tenure so thats kudos to HR
I gain my jobs via agency whereby there is none bonus and benefits offered. The job security is not secure as there is high chance not able to renew the contract due to project awarded.
Best is flexible health package where you can choose to spend it after your health, fitness or travel. Worst part is salary doesn't get revised for years even after your responsibility is 3 fold compare to when you join the company.
Executive medical benefits was good. Small group based in singapore so can't scale.
