Flexible benefits that can be used for anything, literally anything. 6 days of family care leave for all SG employees, regardless of marital status and this is on top of annual leave. Minus 1 star for the Co-payment for healthcare and the need to pay premium to enroll family members for healthcare coverage.

quite broad coverage and has alot of leave for entry level
Average benefits for an MNC. Quite stringy with leave. Has an elitist policy for parking. Only allows certain grades to park in the building for free, which is ironic since these people can afford to pay more than people in lower grades.
Fringe benefits, such as Flex dollar, Staff purchase allowance are great.
