We do not get AWS and our yearly bonus is split into 2 months Feb and July based on 70/30. Our performance is not based on individual capabilities as a whole. Its base on the bell curve even if you have an employee that is performing very well in their overall rating. What is good about the company is we on 5days work week and we have a very cooperate team at work. as long as we do have sufficient manpower we will assist one another out.
Best benefit is complimentary breakfast and lunch/dinner. Worse thing is there is no increase in number of annual leave once you reach 18 days.
No 13th month AWS, you'll only get more perks if you're Assistant Director and above.
Benefits consisted of Park admission, Staff discounts on F&B outlets around RWS and Preview for Halloween Horror Nights
Proud to have an employer taking care of employees meals, wish the management able to motivate employees through a different way instead of the standard staff benefits
Intern pay is average, gets to be involved in events and have food catered
Attractions Tickets Perks. Health and telco benefits are good.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
