Pretty good package all around, especially around childcare, maternity, and paternity leaves. Dental leaves much to be desired though, given its a fixed rate, it runs out really fast if you go to a dentist in MBFC

Good health insurance plan with no co-payment and able to extend to dependents. Significant flexible benefits to be used as well.

Annual leave and benefits improved by the time I left. When I joined there was only 15 days of annual leave. Also some of the benefits at the time were not uniform across the company. Ratings had gym membership subsidy but Platts did not

The main benefit that matters to me, vacation leave, is handled by the company in such a way that it is impossible to take, which is just one of the ways the company pretends to be a caring employer but is in truth a miserable place.
