‘Employee benefits is at its best..you can give enough time to your family ’
Generous paternity and annual leave as well as employment benefits.
great benefits package and education opportunities
The benefit and medical insurance packages are quite good.
Pretty good package all around, especially around childcare, maternity, and paternity leaves. Dental leaves much to be desired though, given its a fixed rate, it runs out really fast if you go to a dentist in MBFC
Company is generous on benefits package to all employees worldwide.
Very good benefits in terms of reimbursement for fitness/healthcare policies
Good health insurance plan with no co-payment and able to extend to dependents. Significant flexible benefits to be used as well.
Annual leave and benefits improved by the time I left. When I joined there was only 15 days of annual leave. Also some of the benefits at the time were not uniform across the company. Ratings had gym membership subsidy but Platts did not
The main benefit that matters to me, vacation leave, is handled by the company in such a way that it is impossible to take, which is just one of the ways the company pretends to be a caring employer but is in truth a miserable place.
$1500 in vision + dental care, $800 on fitness-related expenses. But overall compensation package remains below competitors, very low year-end bonus (less than one month).
