Able to carry forward a year's worth of leave, flexible benefits as well as medical benefits which are slightly better than other universities. Company pays one-for-one for male staff taking IPPT as part of National Service.

Extreme good staff benefit, the reason why people are not willing to leave the company.

Best thing about the benefits is the 21 days annual leave for staff. Worst thing is not everyone gets to enjoy the benefit of working from home as it is subject to boss' approval and varies from divisions.
