‘Pretty generous for a local company if you are in the senior ranks’
‘Standard package. No difference from the rest.’
‘This is quite standard as it's a MOM requirement.’
The benefits offered is excellent
The holiday is very good and fun.
Medical benefit seems to be the best
Good health insurance, perks, gym, pool
SMU has great flexible benefits and good insurance packages, which is reviewed regularly. They have a clinic on site for staff and students as well.
The benefits and leave are great. The salary and yearly increment is below average
Best thing about the benefits package is that it's got the flexi-benefits which can be used on almost everything you can, ranging from childcare fees, maid's levy, to optical purchases, additional insurance coverage, etc. There's also allocation for dependents, including spouses.
Best thing: comprehensive insurance package is given to all employees. They also have a generous paid time off. Also, they have facilities like gym, swimming pool, library, pool tables, free coffee etc
The flexible benefits (Flex Ben) package is about $2,000 to $3,000 a year. Employees are free to use it for WHATEVER they want - plane tickets, road tax, utilities bills etc. The university will reimburse after you submit receipts. It's equivalent to another couple of thousand dollars in pay.
Birthday leave and flex benefits are awesome!
