Benefit packages are quite basic, though their salary is higher or same as industry.
Benefits and medical policies are good
Good work life balance and good medical
No maternity benefits for female employees
Normal as in its standard
No work life balance, work work work
No benefits package. There is a medical insurance that allows gp visits but that’s about it. Nothing else
Pros: Good insurance package, most of the specialists and procedures are covered (with 10% copay). Annual leave is standard 14 days. Cons: The onboarding process was chaotic, background review vendor kept asking the same information over and over again No year end bonus
Good insurance for dependents and parents
The company is based in India, work experience may differ for each employee based on the project they are in.
