The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company operates about 100 luxury hotels in some 20 countries offering premium accommodations and amenities for business and leisure travelers. Located in prime destinations, its properties are consistently rated among the best in the world. The firm also operates about 15 time-share properties under the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club and Ritz-Carlton Residences brands. Ritz-Carlton was established in 1983 when real estate mogul and former CEO William Johnson acquired the rights to the name made famous by Swiss hotelier César Ritz. Today it is a part of hotel giant Marriott International, operating under that company's luxury segment.

Founded in New Orleans in 1972, Popeyes® has more than 40 years of history and culinary tradition. Popeyes distinguishes itself with a unique New Orleans style menu featuring spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp and other regional items. The chain’s passion for its Louisiana heritage and flavorful authentic food has allowed Popeyes to become one of the world’s largest quick service restaurant chicken concepts with over 2,600 restaurants in the U.S. and around the world.

Look in almost any direction and you'll likely see a foodservice operation run by this company. Compass Group is the world's largest contract foodservices provider, with operations in more than 50 countries.
