What does a Regional Director of Rehabilitation do?

- Coordinate research projects to develop new approaches to rehabilitative therapy.
- Assist with goal setting/planning and ensures staff goals are in line with department and hospital goals.
- Assume responsibility for facility reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in a social science such as psychology.
- Demonstrated professionalism and problem solving skills.
- A leader and collaborator with an emphasis on advocacy.
- Can use critical thinking and time management in tandem to ensure safety and forward motion of patients and clients.
- Is comfortable providing motivation and adapting when necessary.
- Comfortable keeping records and strict confidentiality.
