Hey Fishes... What are the goodies provided by Deloitte USI for new joiners? Should I wait for the joining or buy a pair of new headphones 😅 (Joining in some days)? Furthermore, in case the headphones (if provided) are not good, could you please suggest a good one for office calls?

    If you can spare some money from your pocket go for Poly headset (a bit costly) or you can go for Jabra evolve 65 ( don't buy from Amazon, try headsets india) I have Jabra evolve 65 and I can play music on my phone while on office calls & no one will hear it (the noise cancellation is epic!)

Hi Folks, Is it common for EY GDS to stick to a standard hike range? Even though I hold an offer, the HR seems to be lowballing the compensation and is asking me to settle for a 30–35% hike. It's quite disappointing considering the time and effort invested throughout the interview process.

Senior Software Engineer

Is the entire Big4 in India, specially Software Engineering a brokerage business to lend cheap labour to US nd pocket the difference at mass scale? I mean are there any productive work, product building initiative taken or just building wrapper & breeding toxicity is what defines the environment? If the culture is different in any of the competencies, I would love to know. PS: Asking fr a friend.
