Is it good idea to switch from product based to service based company??
Hi guys, I currently hold an offer from Deloitte USI for 15.3 LPA fixed + 1 Lakh joining bonus + 10% variable. Since then, I have received two new offers: EY GDS: 17 LPA fixed + 10% variable AutoZone: 21 LPA fixed My preference is to join Deloitte USI. I want to ask them to counter these offers, and I would be happy to sign if they can revise my fixed component to around 19 LPA. Given that I only have 10 days left in my notice period, what is the best way to approach HR for this negotiation?
Is it worth to join Capgemini leaving Deloitte USI consulting practice with around 27% increased salary and to Manager level from Sr. Con?
I am working in Deloitte USI. Due to office politcs, I am serving PIP right now. Initially I was putting more efforts thought tech lead and Manager will have some work ethics but they were trying to find loop holes and raising points on them, and even my coach is also from the same location, so she is also not putting my case fairly. Instead of wasting my energy fighting with them, now I've stopped putting more efforts from my end. My PIP end date is coming 8th July.
Is it good to put papers first and then look for job in current market scenario?? Notice period - 90 days. YOE -13, Technology: MDM ,ETL,Databricks
Currently, I hold these two offers: 1. IBM – ₹12 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid | Bangalore (relocation required) 2. Colgate-Palmolive (FMCG Product-Based Company) – ₹14 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid (1 week office/ per month, rest WFH) | Mumbai Considering career growth, learning, work-life balance, appraisals, job stability, and long-term prospects, which offer would you recommend and why? Thanks in advance for your insights.
If you are in product role, then NO. If you are in tech role then it's matter of preference and specifics of job like tech stack, pay, benefits, work culture, etc. Normally product cos pay more, have good benefits, etc. You also get to own a part or whole product. In service, you get to work on different tech thus more exposure, but this depends highly on project allocation. Choose wisely. Hope this helps.
Completely depends on your team and work. Finally it's all upto your priorities. Money or Work life balance Or you can again switch after some time.
Nooooooooo
