Anybody working in Mindtree Kolkata, I might join from May.. wanted to know about projects work culture...

    I guess they took the property during july/August last year but no office has happened...Btw how's the culture and projects? ur friend is happy?

    Yes..work culture is good Project depends....my project base location is Chennai but we have member tagged to blore, Pune, Noida, Kolkata office as well..

Accenture HR rejected me because... I applied to Accenture and the HR called me and asked me about my previous company and whether I had PF or form16 and because I worked at a startup I didnt have any. So she rejected me on the basis of that. Then how does freshers join the company? And why form16 and PF is important. So a person with skills and experience is doomed if he worked at a startup, building multiple production ready SaaS applications from scratch?

Guys , Need feedback as i am having offer of two companies. 1. Accenture:-15.40 lpa fixed. 2.Jade Global:- 18 lpa fixed as tech stack is oracle cloud fusion . Which one to choose Accenture not giving pune location as they are giving Bangalore? Accenture or Jade global
