Currently, I hold these two offers: 1. IBM – ₹12 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid | Bangalore (relocation required) 2. Colgate-Palmolive (FMCG Product-Based Company) – ₹14 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid (1 week office/ per month, rest WFH) | Mumbai Considering career growth, learning, work-life balance, appraisals, job stability, and long-term prospects, which offer would you recommend and why? Thanks in advance for your insights.
Have an offer from Nasdaq. How is Nasdaq Bangalore office? Culture? Perks? Cons? Pros? Please advise.
I have cleared technical rounds in Accenture. My preferred location is Hyderabad and same mentioned starting onwards. Now HR called me for location confirmation they are saying location would be Bangalore as the requirement is project specific. If I’m okay for relocation then they are going to release the offer letter. Is this normal in Accenture will they change location if we negotiate with HR?If anyone faced same situation please help me to how to negotiate for preferred location
Hi guys, I currently hold an offer from Deloitte USI for 15.3 LPA fixed + 1 Lakh joining bonus + 10% variable. Since then, I have received two new offers: EY GDS: 17 LPA fixed + 10% variable AutoZone: 21 LPA fixed My preference is to join Deloitte USI. I want to ask them to counter these offers, and I would be happy to sign if they can revise my fixed component to around 19 LPA. Given that I only have 10 days left in my notice period, what is the best way to approach HR for this negotiation?
Is it good to put papers first and then look for job in current market scenario?? Notice period - 90 days. YOE -13, Technology: MDM ,ETL,Databricks
Eventually you will get 60 to 65 k in hand after deduction like pf and income tax , insurance . The employer's pf contribution will also be part of your CTC.... So yearly your pf cut will be almost 40 to 50 k.
Your in-hand salary (pre-taxes) will depend on many factors like: 1. Is gratuity a part of CTC? Few companies don't have gratuity added in CTC. 2. What is your basic and hence HRA. 3. Any variable component in the CTC.
I was earning 67499 when my fixed was 9.4
Okay So Mine will be around 65k something. Thanks.
