Any idea in technology consulting how much time it takes for senior 2 , 42 rank to reach manager position ? Excited to go to srilanka for milestone program

I recently learnt through RTO tool that for the entire month of May. I had been swiping in a different city under the assumption that it would count, as it had in the past. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Please check whether it's getting counting so you can avoid facing the same issue.

The management trying to strictly implement RTO without enough seats, parking etc. itself is controversial. But threatening people of rating impact if RTO is not adhered for 80% of weeks in a year is shocking. More absurd and atrocious is the fact that the 80% of weeks includes all leaves, holidays and exemptions!!!
