Hi Team, I Have an upcoming HR round with JPMC for the senior Agility Associate (602) role. I have 9+ years of experience and my current CTC is 26 LPA (out of which 3 lakh is variable). I wanted to set up my expected CTC around 38-40Lakhs Fixed. As I saw this was the salary range for 602. Can anyone help me understand the salary structure in JPMC and whether the expectation is good or should I quote less amount. Also how is the increment, Promotion and Variable thing. Please advise/Guide.

It’s Citrix workspace. Pretty much runs in both windows and mac. And that’s the only standalone application you would need to get in the VDI.
Further to add on, it may ask to download some additional files, just click okay and proceed further.
