What it really means, HR searches and marks individuals who can be replaced by someone with a lower salary (VP to Janitor). If you are planning to work for HCL, remember that you will be replaced by someone cheaper as soon they find them. I'm being replaced by someone who I trained and the person can not be older than 26 or 27 !! Employee first sold to customers is a big lie.

I recently had an interview experience with HCL Tech that was quite disappointing. Interviewer is from India and he was already angry with me even before the interview starts. He focused heavily on theory-based questions rather than practical, real-world QA scenarios. The interview felt more like recalling textbook definitions (similar to memorizing ISTQB content) than assessing hands-on testing skills.Some questions, are like recalling every dropdown option in Jira.

Hello all, I currently work within one of the local hospitals as security. I have been wanting to make the leap and try to get into the IT field. Currently I have only the Coursera "Google IT Support" certificate. I know I will need to get more certificates, which is why I'm working at the hospital. Does anyone have any suggestions on which certs would be good for me to get so I can become a better candidate for positions in this field?
