woke up this morning and just crossed the 1.5m mark! it took 6 years to hit 500k, 3 years & 4 months for 1m, and 1 year & 7 months for 1.5m! additional details 35 yo HHI 400k (wife’s numbers aren’t included here) 620k of this is home equity I contribute 2k a month to brokerage, 7k Roth, 2k a month into HYSA (taxes, travel, buffer for any major home or rental repairs) monthly expenses are 5k all in for my share of the contribution
