TCS ..Tata word is no more remained only consultancy services the word tata gone with our ratan tata sir..the person who kept lakhs of youth dreams ,hope, future, family alive..I know AI is the future but what about employees who gave decades of services..what about their families and their child education.. person stayed in this organisation who planned everything from his child education to securing his or her famil.. everyday person in tcs suffering and having nightmare what if I laid off..??

The policy will have to change if TCS needs to attract the right talent. They don’t pay well for long term employees. I am easily making more than what my managers made after first switch itself.

Yeah that’s what I have heard from my colleagues. However I have not seen any official document or statement to support it.
yes tcs rejected me due to high package ask wrt to yeo. even though they send a split up which is less than my ask.
Its depends on market Demand. Tcs also rehire some ex-employee only on the basis of demand. But the rehire percentage is 0.01%
