They try to portray themselves as a good employer but it's only tick box exercises.
Cons
HR is corrupt and will hand out warning letters like candy. The head of hospitality is the most incompetent person they could find. He has zero people skills and spend most of his time trying to... please the senior management instead of looking after his own teams. He belittles staff especially the female staff. 12 Senior managers already resigned under his management and nor HR nor the CEO is batting an eye.
