Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at British Council full-time

Pros

Good terms and conditions. Nice environment

Cons

evening work and weekend work

Former Employee - Procurement Executive

I worked at British Council India full-time for less than a year

Pros

good furniture, good building, neat & clean office.

Cons

meaningless work, top management not bothered at all, lot of written rules but none being followed, No suitable training given, every department is like a different company and following its own made... up rules, HR is apathetic to employees.

Advice to Management

Have some concern of what is going on in the organisation.
