Current Employee - Merchandiser

Pros

None except for the somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

Low pay, no raises. I was part of the LMS/Crossmark merger, I have been working this job for almost 5 years with a total of 20 years retail experience. I have only ever received ONE raise in that... time, and it was .15 cents! I am now making $10.15/hr, only 5 cents over minimum wage in my area while new hires with the company are starting at $12 or higher plus a hiring bonus. HR tells me, if I want a raise to ask my manager. My manager told my Crossmark does not have a raise process and if I want a better paying job go get one. What kind of treatment is that? Then they wonder why you aren't willing to pick up extra work outside of your area, not worth my time at the low wage and all the extra time and gas money spent driving around! Some of the actual work is easy but mostly it is tedious and frustrating, especially when you are being UNDERPAID! Basically doing the work of the store employees who are making at least $5 more per hour than you. Other merch companies pay better. Crossmark is horrible.

Current Employee - Senior Project Coordinator

Pros

As a Senior Project Coordinator of Atsell from the new days, I have a lot of reasons to continue working and dedication to the company. First of all, about work, your knowledge and skills will be... strengthened every day by a young leader full of heat and highly trained firm. Besides, you're going to have a lot of opportunities to develop yourself, especially the new employees thanks to the abundance and diversity of work to solve on every project. Second, about humans, I must say this is a very important factor to achieve the work. The leaders are young, passionate, and are always willing to help staff. Our colleagues are all friendly and friendly, and always keep a professional spirit to work together.

Cons

Sometimes, when running a Double Day campaign or in the big times of sale, you and your team are going to be overload of work. You'll be easy to stress and efficiently reduced if you don't have a... plan to deal with the work as well as a speedy speed to solve all the entire tasks in time.
