People here are generally nice Good benefits and provides trainings/courses Not that competitive so if you are driven, u can easily perform better than others overall good place if you are looking... for a stable job

Cons

increment is bad Fresh grads in the talent program are getting paid way too high and are earning higher than old birds in the company
