Former Employee - Technician

I worked at Chesapeake Energy full-time

Pros

The work was fun and always something different

Cons

Management lacked knowledge and picked favorites

"Excellent"9 Sep 2014

Former Employee - Projec TConstruction Manager

I worked at ConocoPhillips full-time for more than a year

Pros

Quality work culture with best pay master

Cons

Brown field construction activities were performed under certain conditions: mainly activities with high degree of safety culture, implementation of latest technical know how to execute demolition /... renovation of RTU building construction within vibration limit not exceeding 1.0 mm; to work in an enrichment H2S environment within very very compressed schedule

Advice to Management

Overall schedule happens to be more realistic to avoid any kind of horse play especially while executing construction activities in a highly H2S enriched area.
