Current Employee - Commercial/Residential Window Washer

I have been working at Dignity Health full-time

Pros

Great benefits. Free health insurance option.

Cons

Weekend work required. Pay could be better.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

The pay and benefits were the best

Cons

People usually don't ever leave and with the union they can't get fired so sometimes you have lazy, incompetent workers.
