Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Eli Lilly and Company full-time

Pros

Good culture, employee engagement and fun

Cons

Too big and complicated place

Regulatory Affairs

I have been working at Gilead Sciences for more than a year

Pros

Restricted stock units for new hire and good performance bonus

Cons

Heavy workload, poor work life balance, poor support and work environment for start up affiliate(serviced office), non-transparent performance evaluation (solicit feedback from stakeholders but do... not get to provide any feedback in return)

Advice to Management

Invest in your people and don't act like you can always hire new people with money.
