Great if you like 13 hour shifts, short or no breaks, and inept management.

Cons

Terrible working conditions, even worse living conditions if you choose to live in, no managerial support (they like to take holiday in busy periods, and laugh when you tell them your suicidal. The... worst place I've ever worked (and I've worked at some dogs), it's a real shame because this pub used to be great; now it's the most run down uncared for place on the broads. Just awful.
