Current Employee - Marketing Specialist

I have been working at Google full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great work culture and a high performing team to work with.

Cons

Cross-functional management is a must, otherwise a great company to work for.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Facebook full-time for less than a year

Pros

Bottom up company which give individuals much power. Need to be and can be proactive to get the most out of the company.

Cons

Due to its freeness, it can feel a bit disorganized. Due to large number of employees need to work on visibility whilst working hard.
