I worked at H2 Concepts full-time

Pros

I was very happy here..great people and a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone there is there to help you grow. Everyone there is willing to help. Whether it's help with the job or just friendly advice,... they're available for you. I especially appreciate feeling constantly supported and challenged by everyone on the team. Incredibly positive atmosphere! I enjoyed myself here.

Cons

A lot of hard work. But all the work pays off. some long hours but is worth it.

Advice to Management

Just keep doing what you've been doing. This is the best job I've ever had.

I worked at JAB GLOBAL full-time for less than a year

Pros

CEO seems like a nice guy, as do most of the employees - they seem to enjoy each other’s company. Easy use tablets.

Cons

Everything is not what it seems. Long hours A lot of travel The work feels like a waste of time Door to door (face to face “marketing”) especially if you’ve earned a college degree, better off... getting an account exec job in Manhattan. Commission position.

Advice to Management

Be upfront about what you want people to do, Team builders are fine but turnover would be less if people knew exactly what to expect.
