There are talented individuals in the Company.
Cons
Leadership is detached from the market. Scholastic Ed Tech was acquired for $580M only 20 months ago and now yet another round of restructuring. Do markets really change this quickly?
Advice to Management
Stop chasing sales and trying to sell large integrated basal solutions into a market which has moved on. Change the Boston centric clique culture.
