I have been working at Huntington Learning Centers part-time for less than a year
Pros
My branch cares deeply for the kids that come through our center, and the management works tirelessly to get kids the help they need, whether it's academic skills or help through a child psychologist.... The spirit of helping kids is well integrated.
Cons
The curriculum we use is quite outdated, much of it was written in the 80's. Often I have to explain to kids that the topics they're reading about are historical (when they were written as current... knowledge), or have since been disproven or rendered irrelevant.
Advice to Management
Keep on keeping on. I have faith that areas that need improvement are known and work is being done to address them.

Pros
flexible choosing of part time class schedule which is really great for a part time job. the job isn't difficult too.
Cons
classes available may be limited.
