Helpful colleagues in dire times. Customers are understanding to a certain extent, overseas counterparts are strong in terms of engineering.

Cons

Paywise is still ok but can be better to match market rates for technician and engineers. Would need to emphasize training for young engineers, technicians, managers, etc. There is a lot of... negativity on a daily basis and it kills the motivation for the days ahead. There is no career advancement and things get stagnant. Old management style and very reactive company.
