Advice to Management

Unfair compensation and recognition. I have seen assistant manager working very hard while manager is out running her own errands during working hours. Despite having caught by the HR manager, no... actions were taken. My direct supervisor (assistant manager) quit afterwards due to the unfair treatment and low compensation rates
