I worked at Macy's

Pros

Working environment was alright, people were friendly. Coworkers were helpful and welcoming. The pay is good during the holidays

Cons

Part time employees don't really get a choice of shifts, unless you have an understanding supervisor. I had to work weekends and closing. Dealing with customers can be tough so be prepared for the... worst.
