I worked at McDonald's

Pros

employees are good and helpful

Cons

pay too low and working hours too long

Current Employee - Picker

I have been working at Iceland Foods part-time for less than a year

Pros

Informal, easy going chat. Told me I got the job right there. Good management Easy to progress

Cons

Didn’t know what they were doing, all official recruitment guidelines had been pulled from their intranet. They use a recruitment company to check NI Number and passport, takes a while for them to... respond. Training is somewhat lacking
