Your co workers are great. Insurance is decent. The company is good. Expeshuaily people that need a training.
Cons
Turn overs good people leaving. People treated with no respect. Company could compermise give every other weekend off. Maybe get closer on industry pay scale.
Advice to Management
People need time with their families. Every other weekend not to much. And all sabre companies need to be closer on their pay scale.
