Featured Review

Former Employee - Head of Software Engineering

I worked at OTTO full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Good company to work for, looks after its employees, helpful and talented staff.

Cons

Quite slow paced, decision making and execution can drag on.

Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Sixt full-time for less than a year

Pros

Friendly & Helpful colleagues including Team work

Cons

Poor Leadership from Management. Unclear Sales Strategic. Director is confused with the mission and practice the same strategy in the 80s

Advice to Management

Set clear direction and use authority wisely. The company need to improve in their Sales & Marketing and therefore appreciate experienced staffs. Verbal conversation is not fulfilled and use power to... managed staffs. Management need to emphasize on leadership and motivation skills to directors of the company.
