I have been working at Pacific Dental Services full-time for more than a year
Leadership sets the tone for any company. It has been a long time since I have worked at a company where the Executive Leadership team really walks the walk and talks the talk, and finally...I found... one! They lead by example. They have what is best for their patients and their people at the forefront of their decisions. While there is diversity in each person's approach and/or delivery, the reason behind what they do and the results they want to achieve are based on the same values and principles. They believe in growth and opportunity, the value of their people, teamwork, and so many other things that come to light in everyday work and interactions. I've been here just over two years, and this company rallied thru the toughest part of the pandemic, which was an extremely challenging time for the dental industry. The company remains strong and is continuing to grow.
Growing companies can experience growing pangs, sometimes we must 'roll with the punches'. There are processes that aren't quite yet up to speed or need to be improved or changed. We roll up our... sleeves to get thru that interim period until we can have innovation and technology rolled out and fully functional.
Advice to Management
Cross-Department Director/Sr. Manager knowledge sharing on a more regular or scheduled basis as we continue to grow, so we don't lose sight on what other teams are experiencing.
I have been working at Atsell full-time for more than a year
As a Senior Project Coordinator of Atsell from the new days, I have a lot of reasons to continue working and dedication to the company. First of all, about work, your knowledge and skills will be... strengthened every day by a young leader full of heat and highly trained firm. Besides, you're going to have a lot of opportunities to develop yourself, especially the new employees thanks to the abundance and diversity of work to solve on every project. Second, about humans, I must say this is a very important factor to achieve the work. The leaders are young, passionate, and are always willing to help staff. Our colleagues are all friendly and friendly, and always keep a professional spirit to work together.
Sometimes, when running a Double Day campaign or in the big times of sale, you and your team are going to be overload of work. You'll be easy to stress and efficiently reduced if you don't have a... plan to deal with the work as well as a speedy speed to solve all the entire tasks in time.
Advice to Management
Everything about work, I feel pretty good. However, I would like to give some advice to the company's leaders on the following two points: Firstly, I hope the company can have reasonable and firm... policies in the long run for its employees of the company. Secondly, I also hope that after the Covid-19 epidemic is over, the company will have more team building activities to build our separate corporate culture as well as contribute to connecting everyone in the team of the company together.
