"Great company!"21 Jul 2022

Current Employee - HR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

I have been working at SAP full-time for more than a year

Pros

- great culture - great benefits - most flexible company I´ve ever worked for and heard of - good opportunities to grow personally and on the job

Cons

- sometimes the processes are a bit clumsy, but this is the normal enterprise way - financial development within the company can be hard

Advice to Management

- keep the culture, flexibility and trust - keep on being a role model - improve the possibilities to grow salary, not just for external hires but for internals aswell - keep on investing in the... future
