- Inclusive - they let me participate in scoring tickets and refactoring of code despite just being an intern - Welcoming - they onboarded me carefully, ensuring that I know my tasks and resources... well before I began - Encouraging - When I achieved something, they would acknowledge it and encourage me to do better - Also bonus, they let me work remotely when COVID just began instead of cancelling the opportunity totally

- There were no cons, perhaps except that they lowered my salary when working remotely, but it is understandable.
