Never push people to their limit. It's done, when it's done. Don't have excessive expectations from people in hard skills department, Whole team is responsible for outcome, this could be pro o cons... depending on how hard working you're. Management is ok. Like not great, not terrible. Relatively straightforward, comparing to other "Great places to work". Pay. It's hard to say whether it's pro or con. It's lower, than even for lower grades in other companies, yet requirements are also lower. So it's kind of fair.
Management tries really hard to ensure best team culture possible. They plainly outperforming on cultural match, putting it the utmost priority. Company grows at unprecedented rate, way faster than I... could think before healthy growth is possible. Devs also puts the best possible effort into making systems maintainable and up to latest standards. I do think that CEO puts incredible efforts into performing his duties.
I have been working at Incube8 full-time
Yearly bonuses with yearly increments. Knowledge sharing from great Seniors. Hybrid working schedule (hopefully permanently) greatly helps work/life balance. Nearby food outlets. Very helpful... colleagues.
10 to 15 mins walk to and from MRT. Sometimes have to come in early due to early meetings with our U.S. counterparts.
