Featured Review

Current Employee - Captain

I have been working at Southwest Airlines full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Never have laid off even one employee, job security!

Cons

Some scheduling is similar to a commuter job.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing.

Former Employee - Cabin Crew

I worked at British Airways full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Fun place to work in, enjoyed my 27 years with them. I was well looked after and joined at the right time.

Cons

Do not value staff loyalty and do not invest in products as much as in the 80's and 90's. No long term prospects for new joiners.

Advice to Management

With too much cost cutting, reputation will suffer. Remember the people is what make the company and cheap labour and cost cutting measures will compromise the business.
